​Yes! Collin Creek is proud to be a pet friendly community in Plano, welcoming both cats and dogs and we even offer an on-site dog park for residents! A maximum of two pets per apartment is allowed, with a one-time pet fee of $400 per pet and a monthly pet rent of $25 per pet. Some breed and type restrictions apply and a pet interview or documentation may be required.

​Collin Creek is located just one mile south of major bus routes along Parker Road and just North of DART routes along W 15th St. The Parker Road Station offering bus, Orange line, and Red line access is located just 1.4 miles east offering convenient Park & Ride access into Dallas.

​Collin Creek is served by the Plano Independent School District. The closest schools include Harrington Elementary, Haggard Middle School, and Vines High School. As district maps and school assignments may change over time, we recommend confirming school assignments directly with Plano ISD.
