Is Collin Creek pet friendly?
Yes! Collin Creek is proud to be a pet friendly community in Plano, welcoming both cats and dogs and we even offer an on-site dog park for residents! A maximum of two pets per apartment is allowed, with a one-time pet fee of $400 per pet and a monthly pet rent of $25 per pet. Some breed and type restrictions apply and a pet interview or documentation may be required.
What floor plan types are available?
Collin Creek offers a variety of floor plans including studio, one-bedroom, two-bedroom, and three-bedroom apartments. The square footage ranges approximately from 600 to 1,186 sq ft, depending on the layout. Browse our Floor Plans for update to date availability and pricing.
Is parking available and are there EV charging stations?
Yes. Collin Creek provides both covered and uncovered parking options for residents. Local street parking is also available along Pebble Vale Drive. Contact the Lease Office for more information.
What public transportation options are nearby?
Collin Creek is located just one mile south of major bus routes along Parker Road and just North of DART routes along W 15th St. The Parker Road Station offering bus, Orange line, and Red line access is located just 1.4 miles east offering convenient Park & Ride access into Dallas.
What school district serves Collin Creek?
Collin Creek is served by the Plano Independent School District. The closest schools include Harrington Elementary, Haggard Middle School, and Vines High School. As district maps and school assignments may change over time, we recommend confirming school assignments directly with Plano ISD.
